Muddy 5k

So just back from my 2nd OCR (obstacle course race) of the year.

5k with lots of obstacles and an amazing amount of mud and water.

The race is part of the Nuclear Races series so 1 race to go in November.

Is run on a farm and through their woods,so much fun.Natural and man made obstacles

If you get the chance give Nuclear Races a go.....so much fun and lots of mud
