Phew that was a bit of a slog but made it to the end. I am feeling so conflicted - my left knee has become quite stiff and swollen and yet the end is so very much in sight and I don't want to miss a run. I have acquired KT tape hoping this will help and now have 2 days rest until the final week 8 run - so fingers crossed. Great boost to the soul to see another C25K runner next to me on the treadmill - knowing I was not alone was a great help.

No. Stop and seek medical advice. The end of the programme will be there after you recover. Swelling is an indication of proper injury. Do not run on it.
