Run went well today hot out there already... tried advice and slowed pace a bit and found this worked wasn't so tired towards the end...
I was a bit naughty , set off slightly b4 the app said and finished a little later to try to get to 5km but still not made it....😒4.79km.
So will stick to app for last 4 runs and then that will be my nxt challenge to try actually get to 5km...🏃♀️
Although today I burnt the most calories so far .... shame I've no Magnums in freezer to celebrate eh @Mum2N 😆.. so I'll have a Rum this evening as it's a bit early yet 😉

Ran the same run last night. Today i actually feel it in my upper/inside legs!
Reg time etc.... i think you are confused.
If you run lets say 4K in 30min, that would be much better than 5k in 30min.
Because it would mean that you run FASTER than the average person.... Im Quite a bit below 5k And this means i run faster than most so im not running slowly, im actually running.
I maybe am confused 😕 I have that 5k in my head - I'll just aim to get to the end of 9 weeks and a full 30mins and then start to increase distances later x
