Bit of a psychological one this as there are no more breaks but completed this today. Knees were a little sore and apart from the usual sleep etc, I am pre-menstrual so more tired. Ran a lot on grass to help knees. I saw 3 or 4 overweight people looking at me today and I felt like shouting " You can do this, the programme works, I may not look it but I am fat too , not really a runner! xx
Trying to be compassionate to my raging ego which wants to go faster at every turn but is still plodding along and achieving x

Hello! Yes it felt easier when doing it, but harder at the beginning when I thought not this again, no breaks! Couple of days off now at least! X look forward to how you do on Sunday x
Well done for getting out there and making it through despite the tiredness! Slow and steady as you already know, it always works... Hope you'll enjoy the other runs even more.
Thank you! i cannot believe how wick your trail run was well done you! What make were your shoes? I have saucony guide runners and looking into trails shoes for graduation!
They are Saucony Peregrine 7 from the Everun range. A couple of seasons old so on sale at £60 from start fitness.
Thanks. I'm feeling it today after my stile acrobatics. Couple of smashing bruises, one of which I thought was a tight muscle until I realised I was actually massaging (hard!) a bruise! 😂🤣😂 talk about rubbing it in! 😂😉
