Week 1 First Run Completed!

Last year, I tried to start the C25K programme. Half way through the first run I felt so out of breath and like I couldn’t carry on... immediately gave up on running as I figured it wasn’t for me.

My motto for 2018 was getting fit!

In order to do this, I spent the last three months in the gym, and after some encouragement I thought it might be time to try the C25K programme again, and I did it!!!

Wasn’t as nearly as painful or hard as I remember so clearly the gym helped me get fitter!

Immensely proud and can’t wait to do the next run!

Legs are tired, but some stretches will help recovery!
