Just completed my first run of week 1! Went ok and only felt harder on the last few 60 sec runs. Pleased to have finally done it and broken my mental barrier. Going to combine the programme with eating less junk food! My mood lifted as well. No noticable aches and pains so far!

yay congratulations. The first run is the hardest as it's all new. Just make sure you don't go too fast in the first few weeks so you don't get an injury. x

Well done .. I’m doing my second run tomorrow on W1... 😊😊 after being a abstainer from exercise I thought I would give this a go ... I put some music on Spotify and it wasn’t so bad .. early days but feeling positive 🙂🙂
Thanks everyone who replied to my first run message today. Really appreciate your support. My back is feeling a bit stiff now, but I've just done some gardening in my allotment. Looking forward to next run on Friday!😊
