Checking in after week 7

I finished week 7 last week, and excited to start week 8. I'm not sure if I "like" running, but I find that I'm craving the run. Does that make any sense? It is fun to get on here and read everyone's posts! It's so encouraging! I'm building my motivational music run playlist, and I'm looking forward to the sweet smell of success at graduating the program in the next 2 weeks. #RunOn

I think I'm like Pavlov's dog. As soon as my running playlist begins, my feet start to run. ;)

I’m with you on I’m not sure if I like or enjoy running. Love the euphoric feeling after a run and am not reluctant to run. Just graduated so need the motivation to keep going

What are your plans from this point on? I have some ideas as to what I think I want to do, but I'm always looking for ideas.
