I am up to Week 7 on my plan, the 3 runs of 25 minutes. However I haven't been able to run for 2 and a half weeks as I've had a chest infection. As I'm asthmatic, I'm still wheezy now and a bit worried to run until it resolves in case I have an attack.
Should I carry on with Week 7 runs or drop back a couple of weeks? Would be a shame to have to drop back after a lot of good work.
Thanks!

I would probably just do W6 again, just to help build up your breathing habbits without stressing you out by diving into 25 mins... You'll be back on track at the end of the week if all goes OK, but the interval training of Week 6 will help you know if your lungs can take it or not. All the best.
You do lose fitness after a couple of weeks so you might need to go back especially being a bit wheezy. You could go back to one run of W5, or 6 take it nice and slow and see how you go. Have you seen this before m.youtube.com/watch?v=9L2b2...
I’m always banging on about this, but I love this slow low impact running technique. It might work for you as you don’t get out of breath as you’re running pace is so slow. Watch it a few times to catch all the tips on feet & landing.
This is really interesting to me, thank you. Most of the time when I've been running I don't feel it too much in my lungs but I know when the weather changes (and particularly when hay-fever kicks in!) they get worse so this can come in really useful.
