Well I've completed week one and enjoyed it so much! Can't wait for week 2. Do you all do anything else on a rest day, eg swim or walk?

Yes, anything non-impact on a rest day is good, strength & flex exercises, swimming, yoga, Pilates, cycling, walking etc
I walk, cycle & do Pilates. ๐
I do some yoga poses and stretching before bed every night. Weekends I do off road cycling and in the week... work ๐ช๐๐
I tried walking to work and back on non run days but thatโs been halted at the mo due to a knee problem. Iโm hoping that start cycling and walking more again in a couple of weeks.
I do spin classes, Pilates, Bootcamp on my rest days. I used to do more stuff before I started c25k but I struggle to find time to fit everything in and sometimes Iโm too shattered after a full dayโs work.
My advice is to pick something you enjoy and go do it on your rest days. Any activity is better than no activity. ๐
Depends how busy I am! I walk the dog, I might make it a longer walk if I feel the urge and the dogs up for it!! Sometimes Iโll do yoga from an app on my phone. Sometimes though, life gets in the way! I always make time for a run on my run days! Itโs addictive ๐คฃ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
Hi, looks like we have started at the same time so will be nice to follow your progress. I too am already looking forward to my next run which I canโt quite believe I am saying! I do 3 spin classes a week, two of which are on the same days as my run days. Not ideal but only way I can fit them in. Good luck in week 2. ๐
We all do... lots of things.. check out this post and read all about it
