Did 3rd run of week 1 this morning, windy, rain and pretty muddy. Week 1 over any body out there is week 2 a big jump as still very much out of breath at end, wondering wether to move up or do a couple more runs at week one ?

If you got through it, move on. If you are out of breath slow down. Everyone, and I mean everyonem goes out too fast at first. Well done.

Thanks for that will step up to week 2 , think you are probably right about pace , will try slowing down more

Each week you will think you have reached your limit. You haven't, as Rignold says slow down. Think jog rather than run. Its about developing a sustainable pace.

I'm hopefully graduating in the next week but believe me when I say that weeks 1to 3 were so so hard for me. Slow down, take rest days and just keep at it. You will be fine.

You go from 60 secs to 90 secs of running - but as others have said, jog rather than run, you’ll surprise yourself 🏃‍♀️

Congrats on doing week one in the weather we have been having! As for moving on, I echo Rignold. Just try and remember that it isn't a race, and if W2 is so difficult that you are discouraged from running, then maybe re-do some of W1, but keep going, shout, grumble, curse and stamp your feet - but keep going. W2 is there for you now, and if W1 is calling strongly, go and re-visit her; if it's just a whisper, put her to bed and go out with W2 instead.

Hi - it's really not that much more than week 1. If I can do it anyone can - believe me when I say this!! It's only an extra 30 seconds running but you get more walking and less runs overall. I really would take it easy - as long as your 'run' is faster than your 'walk' - i.e. a gentle jog - you should be fine. Ooooh look at me giving running advice!!! :)

I thought I was going to die on week 1 but found week 2 not too bad. I'm currently repeating week 3 though, as I found week 4 a bit hard. Sorry if that sounds confusing 😁 I go very very slowly. Much slower and I'd be walking! So pace it out and you'll do ok I'm sure x
