Well done on completing week 1, but why would you repeat it? If you managed those first 3 runs you are ready to move on. Trust the programme!
Just make sure your leg feels better first and keep it really slow - so slow that it feels ridiculous at first is the way to go.

I thought you had to repeat the week if you missed a few days
