Hi there. I did W1R1 and 2 as a complete running novice and was ok...not as bad as I expected...but did R3 today and had nothing! Despite Sarah's gentle prodding, i didn't even try the last run!! So, should I do the same run again to feel comfortable with it or move on to W2? Would welcome anyone else's experience! Thanks.
To move to week 2 or not??: Hi there. I did W1R... - Couch to 5K
To move to week 2 or not??

Hi there and welcome aboard!
I would say if you didn't actually complete the run do it again and complete it before moving on.
Was there any reason you didn't feel you could do it? Had you drunk and eaten enough in the 24hrs prior to the run?
Was it just lack of motivation?
Have a day of rest and then come back to it fresh with a view to getting it completed 👍😁
I’m no expert but I’d do it again before moving on
Well done for getting started with C25k.
Today's run was just a 'practice' run ... take your rest day and then give it another go. We all have off days so put it behind you.
Remember slow is good so if you feeling like you want to give up slow down. You can always go slower, believe me!
Keep smiling, keep running and good luck ... you can do this!

Well done, but this is not a tick box exercise, you are training your body, so not much point moving on if you did not complete a run.
Read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... for lots of advice.
Keep it up.

Thanks for the advice. And the link.

Yes, just try that run again sometime when you feel hydrated and prepared.
That was a practice.
It’s not ever easy, sometimes it’s almost unbearable, sometimes it’s not too bad, sometimes it’s ok, sometimes it’s surprisingly nice and sometimes it’s exhaustingly great. 👍🏼
