Week 2 run 2 completed with the group. Asthma was playing up but took my inhaler and slowed right down.
Have been watching videos on posture and breathing so tried to put them into practice. Came home did some yoga and later on went out again and did run 2 again on my own. Found that a bit easier as it wasn’t as cold.
Upward and onwards. Run 3 on Saturday 🙂
