Wk4 R1 in the bag!

I did it! I was really looking forward to my run today even though I was nervous of the 5 minutes of running. I found it okay and at times just forgot I was running! At the end I was glad to stop - really wanted to stop when Sarah said I was half way through the last 5mins but I carried on and didn't collapse! Can't believe how far I've come and how I'm enjoying it πŸ˜€

Just run like you did, forgot you were runningπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘,just like in your childhood days, πŸ€” keep it simple , no fear, just enjoy and use your hand brake when you feel you need to .πŸŒŸπŸ‘πŸ‘

Keep it slow and keep it steady... just relax and look forward to the runs to come. They follow the ones before and you will do this:)
