Good to have completed the first of the 90 second runs and noticed the step up but not too bad at all - lovely day with nice fresh breeze - great to be out and about - really looking forward to Monday’s run.

All the best - I determined not to look at the timer and just to try to keep running till I heard the 90 seconds were up
