done it! On Gwitham beach here in Cornwall. Really misty and a bit windy and I've haven't run on wet sand before but I did it. R2 here I come!

Yep, if you can do the last run in wk 4, it's ok! It's run 2 and 3 this week that seem scary!

I'm in the states so it will be almost 4 more hours before I run. I will let you guys know tomorrow. Getting nervous though!!!!!!!!

I did it!!!! If you can do the first run of week 5, then you have run 2 in the bag! I even picked up my pace and distance running my 8's in the same and lesshen. my 5's. Go figure???;-)sending good running vibes your way!!!!!

Fantastic gdeann - congrats!! I'm not sure about upping my pace or distance, my aim is just to get through it!!!

We'll both get there tho to 5k. How amazing - 6 weeks ago I couldn't even run round the garden!!!

True! I couldn't even do 1 minute! I honesty kept telling myself slow and steady but when I checked afterwards, I had picked up pace and distance from my 5 minute runs. Strange, but I'll take it! Good luck with your run!!!!!
