This week is faced with a degree of intrepidation given that the three runs of the week are all different which makes me feel I’m stepping out of my comfort zone. Today’s run however wasn’t as bad as I anticipated and I completed in one piece. Choosing your route definitely is a major factor and on weekends you do have more of a luxury in that respect, mid-week not so fortunate and will probably have the odd minor hill to contend with so hoping that won’t mar the next experience. Still need a decent stretch before and after, lower back still tightening up, more so uphill, but not just as severe but I could still do without it. Anyway that’s my progress up date, happy running all.

Just another week of runs... All structured to build on the runs you have done... keep it slow and keep it steady... and you will be fine

I really hope you enjoy the rest of this week, Quigs. I think week 5 is the best week of all. Getting that third run under your belt is a real game-changer and feels fantastic. We're all cheering you on 📣🙋♀️😀🤸♀️
I’m in week eight now, and have grown to prefer the weeks with three different runs. It feels boring to do the same run three times in a week 🙂
