I am a tiny bit proud of myself - 7/3 done!

Actually quite a lot proud of myself. Finished week 7 today, in the rain. I love this forum because no-one will think I'm big-headed by boasting of my achievements. At the beginning I never thought I'd get beyond week 3, and now I'm just 6 runs away from graduating. Friends and family who've never embarked on this programme just don't understand the amazing feeling of achievement with each small step towards the ultimate goal.

Wow Hidden , I'm not surprised you're a lot proud of yourself. And so you should be. You've done great to get this far and the graduation podium is in your sights.

Happy running. :-)

That is why we are here.

Proud you certainly should be. It is no mean achievement and you are making improvements to your body which will improve your life for many years to come.

Keep running, keep smiling.
