Just ran week 5 run 2! I was panicking about doing it as couldn't imagine me running anywhere near 8 mins - but I did! The leap to week 5 run 3 isn't worrying me now 😀 20 mins on Saturday here I come!

No need for worry.. they are just runs that follow on from the one before. You are ready for them, and you can do them..just believe it.

Go you!

I felt exactly the same as this after my Wk5 R2 on Tuesday. Hoping to get away early enough from work to do R3 this evening.

I'm sure Saturday will go well for you.

You can do it! It's mind over matter at this stage. The plan has prepared you for it, you just don't realise it yet!

Well done. You have been running for 8 minutes+ since day 1, its just you are able to put it together without breaks now. Also, today you ran for 16 minutes, so the leap for R3 is not as big as you think.

You have got this!!

W5R3 is a good run, I did it last week and was amazed that I could run for 20 mins, we really can if we have followed the programme. And at the end of it I was SO elated, that feeling is worth pushing through any tiredness to get to!

Good you're not concerned about R3 - it's a really nice run, made me feel like a proper grown up!

Not what you're looking for?
