So chuffed with how well this course is going. I am absolutely amazed how id on't find it so hard now particularly the breathing... though the down hill bits are still a welcomed rest lol.
I was feeling quite anxious about the week 5 run 3 as it is for 20 mins and was wondering how on earth i'd accomplish that.... however i only took a 2.5 mion break between my 8 min runs today as i felt completely recovered and then whilst running my last 8 min stretch there was a big group of teenagers and i thought to myself theres no way am i stopping running in front of teenagers for them to look at me think a) i'm overweight b) i'm unfit and c) i look like s*** when running lol so i carried on and did 11 minutes instead of the 8. Now I'm not so worried about the 20 min run next! I'm actually looking forward to it.
If I can do this anyone can do it!!! Keep going guys xxx
