Whaooooo! I made it for 20 min! Bravo.Well done to me. When i started something in my head kept saying just do 10 mins and see how you go but i kept on running till Laura said the 20 mins is up. Guess what i did i continued running to show off and punching my hand up in the air on the road. people will not understand what is going on,that me who cannot run for one min just did 20 min non stop. Amazinggggg!!!!!!! I just had a look at week 6 and saw i will be going back to 5min,8min run.May be a bit of break i thought it will be going up and up.
Well i am taking two days rest.

Fantastic - now you know that you can do it, next week will be a doddle and then onwards to week 7 and you'll just keep building on that 20 minutes. It's a great feeling isn't it, when you manage an unbroken 20 minutes?
Congratulations, can look so daunting, bu you did it, woohoo
Well done on the 20 minute run - great feeling isn't it. But don't worry - you will be going up and up. Lots of us thought week 6 looked easier than the 20 minute run in week 5. But you might find it harder than the previous week as it's all about building up your stamina for the longer runs coming up. . . all good fun!
