Me and my husband managed to complete week 5 run 3 last night! Neither of us wanted to be the first to stop and we managed to push through to the end! Week 6 run 1 looks so achievable in comparison so roll on Monday! I have 5 weeks until I have a 5k run and feeling ready for it!
