Hello, started running last week and have downloaded the NHS app, however the app stops after my first run, why is this - I have an Huawei phone.

I am so sorry it is playing up, we don’t have anything to do with the app as sutch we are just the support group that goes with it for motivation, is there a support contact button on your phone within the app where you could lodge your complaint.
Thank you for replying. However thanks to the support I've received on here, I am hoping I may have solved the issue. I'm running tomorrow night so I'll see how I get on.
