I have just completed couch to 5k and feel fantastic! What a journey and transformation I have gone through! I had forgotten how much I loved running. I am so grateful for this app and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone wanting to get into running or to improve your fitness. I’m just wondering what to do next?

Congratulations - isn't it a great feeling? I nearly wept when I got my badge - amazing how much this means to us, isn't it?

If you haven't already, go grab your graduation badge from the pinned posts section, then I would check out the consolidation club. There are lots of great suggestions on what to do next. I'm a few weeks ahead of you and soon going to start the bridge to 10k as I like the structure of a plan to follow. The great thing about this plan is that you can do either by time or distance. I'm really slow so I will use this as a way to get to 5k and beyond with the goal of running for 60 mins.

The main thing is that you've recaptured the love of running - so now you just need to keep on going!!!!

Thank you, yes it is a great feeling and it does mean so much to me too! I am going to check out the bridge to 10k as now that I’ve got the running bug again I just want to keep going

Thanks for the advice and all the best and enjoy your journey to your next goal 😊

Congratulations on your achievement! 🤩 Everyone who graduates is a big inspiration to people like me in the heady stages of week 3! I hope to be able to write a post like yours myself some day! 🏃‍♀️Enjoy celebrating! 😀

Thank you and I’m sure you will write a post just like mine one day. Just listen to your body and slow it down if you have to . I had to take a break for two weeks as I was unwell and went back and repeated two weeks to build myself up again. Just keep moving forward at your own pace and you will do it! All the best with your running 😊

Aw, thanks so much for the advice! Will definitely keep it slow and repeat if I feel I need to. Don’t want anything to spoil it as I’m enjoying it so much! 🏃‍♀️

Wow you should be so pleased with yourself.. I remember that feeling well on graduation then the thought what next, I would suggest trying the bridge to 10km this is a great forum and where I found the inspiration to run a 10km last week, never thought that I would be able to achieve as I only started running in Jan of this year.

Thanks

Roxy
