We will try not to leave you waiting too long, as we know how great it feels, when the badge arrives.

We would like to clarify the position of earning your Graduation badge.

To get your badge you will have completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min.

It does NOT matter if you cannot run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.

So it is fair to everybody, please do not ask for your badge until you have completed Week 9 run 3

I am following the podcasts but haven't been using them on my runs as we are on holiday in Portugal ,I don't have my ear phones nor 3G on my phone . Will that still count towards my graduation badge 😬😬😬?

If you are doing the running, you will be increasing your running time and it will still count.

I won't complete until tomorrow, but can I ask how this works? Do you pm us for our proper names? It's just that I'm stupidly excited about finishing this and getting a certificate, and I really want my name (and not my username) to be on it. (I realize this is completely pathetic, but you won't believe how much of an achievement it will be for me to complete C25K, and I want proof!)

After you have done your Graduation run..you simply ask for your badge here on this thread. I will then bestow the grey Graduate 'badge' next to your name for all to see😊

The Certificate is there at the top of this Post which you download and print yourself. Please ask if you are unsure how to do this...

Hi Helen, if you press down and hold the image it should allow you to download and save as a jpeg. Can you print from there?

If not on a laptop, right click and save image, then you can print. 😊x

Woohoo! Yes! W9 R3 and finished with a Parkrun. Please send badge etc.

Used Run keeper with the Mademoiselle voice and got 3 oo la las , and some encouragement to eat Croissant and Pain au Chocolat. Slightly surreal.

Just completed a muddy wet graduation run along the canal path. After spending most of the weeks on the treadmill I’ve had the wild calling to me for the last two, so despite the weather I was determined to end the programme outside. Can’t believe I managed it and looking forward to consolidating and hopefully reaching 5k at some point not too far off in the future. Please may I have my Graduation badge? Thank you!!
