After struggling so much with W4, I felt great at the end of W5R1. Looking forward to the rest of the week; which is saying something as I have struggled with depression and self harm for over six months. This program has got me back on track. Thanks for all your support

Well done on the run. And the mental changes I feel are (for me) more noticeable than any physical changes👍👍👍 Good luck on your next run 🏃♀️
