Just completed W5R1 and what an achievement but then every day of this journey has been an achievement. Going from the huffing, puffing, unable to complete the first 60 seconds without thinking every breath might be my last , to now! Off to France tomorrow, for 4 weeks with the cows and a few tractors for company so, with absolut optimism, when I return I may have almost completed the C25k.
