OK first hurdle done! A few strange right side of right shin twinges about half way through but job done! 😀 feeling good. Next hurdle is making sure work and life don't stop me from keeping it going! Have to build it into life and make it part of weekly schedule......... piece of cake..... Oooh cake! 🤐

Well done. You've ticked off the hardest bit, IMO, in starting and surviving the first run. Aches are expected at the beginning as your muscles get used to the exercise. Don't forget to stretch
