Well done for getting to the end of wk1. Try and stick to the plan though, no adding on any extra time so early on in c25k. Good luck 😊
Well done but please be careful of adding time on. It sounds good but it might cause issues as the weeks get tougher.
Well done. I haven’t yet started. I am struggling to motivate myself.
I downloaded the app a whole month before getting around to starting the challenge. Never seemed the right time to start, then one day I gave it proper thought on what I could wear and where I could go where I wouldn’t be embarrassed. I’m 5 runs in now and loving it, you’ll do it when you’re ready, it was a huge step for me to even think about doing it and really you’re halfway to the start line already...good luck and enjoy your 1st run soon.

That’s great ! I have got to Wk3R1 but swollen ankle again and painful knees but i’m not giving up . How have you coped ?

I’ve been terrible this week! Haven’t gone out-had a hellishly busy week at work so had a flare up, every evening I’ve been too tired. But will force myself to get my trainers on tomorrow and back on track
