Just finished W5 R1 in a group. First 5 min run not too bad, second 5 min section surprisingly seemed a breeze but third 5 min section a fair bit tougher and was pleased it was over. My recovery between each walk is now really noticeably quicker so very pleased indeed. In fact never a doubt was there. Now for W5 R2 on Monday so using all the inspirational posts from you others to spur me on.
