The last 5 min run was tough but I did it, didn’t stop and actually enjoyed it! I didn’t realise what people had been talking about regarding the ‘step up’ during week 5 so I had a sneaky look at my next two runs. To think I’ll be running for 20 mins non stop by the end of the week, well let’s not be negative but I was a little shocked! The other weeks have all been the same so I’m slightly concerned but hey, I’ll give it a go. Have many others struggled? I’m hoping it’s just a mental thing and that I will actually be able to do it! 💪🏼😊

Well done.

W5R3 is the shortest workout since W3 as explained here healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You will do it no bother BL! You're ready for it. It is absolutely great when you get that one under your belt - you will be on cloud 9 for ages!!! Go into it knowing you can do it like so many others before you then let's see a victory post afterwards!

Did W5R2 yesterday. Found it one of the toughest runs yet. Not sure how I’m going to manage 20 mins tomorrow so thinking of re-running W5R2 first. Anyone else got same panicky feeling?

You can do this! I’m worried too but let’s smash it, take it slow, breathe and enjoy some motivational music! Fingers crossed for both of us! 🤞🏼

I was the same as 58soon, found W5R2 tough but I did run 3 yesterday and actually found the straight 20mins easier than the stop starting, which surprised me. It’s definitely a mental challenge, I’ve found this week my body has been much more capable than I realised. Good luck, you’ve got this 👍

Ah thank you, had a tough few years but I think I’m getting there. Keep on with the programme, it definitely works, take it slow and be positive! 👍🏼💪🏼

Hi. I'm on W4 R2. Finding the 5minute run tough.....but if I have to repeat a week i will.... cant imagine being able to run non stop for 30 minutes....but I'm determined to give it my best shot.

I did this one this morning and felt surprisingly okayish afterwards. Bit daunting looking ahead at the next 2 runs this week but will give it a go!
