W5 R1

Managed this today! Three 5 minute runs! Something I never dreamed possible a few weeks ago. Not looking forward to an 8 min run or the 20 min run day 3! Seems like a huge jump!

It does seem like a big jump but if you’ve managed the runs do far then you can definitely do it.

Trust the program Susie, you will be ready. Start nice and steady. Be positive and you will surprise yourself what you can do! Good luck 😊x

Good luck I’m constantly surprising myself at what my body and mind can do. I’m not there yet but have improved so much from week one when I found a minute hard to run( well slow jog really😂)

Thank you all! It’s great reading all the positive stories on here, gives me hope!

I’m due to do R2 today. Good luck with yours. We’ll be OK. We can do this.

I thought that too but am now in week 7 and amazed that I can do this after the gasping and pains of W1R1. Go girl you can do it

Time to change your mental approach. If you want to run for thirty minutes, then at some point you are going to have to run for twenty minutes..........why on Earth are you not excited about the challenge and looking forward to it?

This might help healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Relax and enjoy it
