I’m on to week 5 and slightly dreading run 3, although very pleased to have got to this week. I’m running with my 15 year old son so he is keeping me going. I do love the sense of achievement after every run. Always makes us feel better.

Thank you, just completed my run for today. Feeling fab. Always amazes me how ready we are for the next run once it comes round. 😀

Yes I do agree, always run better with a positive mindset. I am really enjoying completing each run and must kept positive about run 3.

I too was dressy it , it was tough but the feeling at the end was worth every ounce of effort..

Don’t look at what’s coming up in week 6!
