Hello everybody and welcome to December!!

Please leave your user name here for me, so we can organise your well deserved Graduation badge.

Please feel free to download and save the Graduation certificate that has been kindly designed by RunaroundSue

We will try not to leave you waiting too long, as we know how great it feels, when the badge arrives.

We would like to clarify the position of earning your Graduation badge.

To get your badge you will have completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min.

It does NOT matter if you cannot run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.

So it is fair to everybody, please do not ask for your badge until you have completed Week 9 run 3

I ran week 9 run 3 today and covered 2.5 miles or 4 km. In the run up days I knew I could do better but today was my limit I think but who knows a few months ago I thought my limit was 5 mins. I am very pleased with myself as I ran for 30 mins but certification wise I would have liked to have hit 3.1 miles but for me that is a bridge too far, sorry could not resist a final film reference I blame it on my happiness.

I don't like to ask but if you think I am worthy based on the evidence above I am not going to argue.

Everyone take heed if you are feeling your heart bursting out of your chest and lungs on fire at the 5 minute mark this is proof you can still get there as that was me and posts in here to prove it. When I started a minute felt like five. I kid you not. If you think that's me you are on the right path. I am not a no pain no gain sort of person. I am more am I so unfit this is shortening my life sort of person . The answer is no I was just so unfit I had to break through these barriers to reach this point, a slightly fitter version of myself 😄. This is extremely apt but drum roll please 🥁 Thank you
