What a glorious day for a short run this morning to start W4 of Bridge to 10K.
Thoroughly enjoyed it start to finish, onwards and upwards ๐๐
Happy Running folks ๐๐ค
I stand corrected, Iโm on W3.... just to save confusion ๐๐

Are you following ju'ju's plan? Just that the runs on that are 4,5 and 8k for wk4. Though I noticed ChrisAllen1 did 3k for wk4 so maybe there are other varieties out there

I checked back on Ju-Juโs plan and Iโm pretty sure 4K kicks in on W5 ๐ค

No worries, I have been using Lordi's profile as a reference as he has them all listed there. But googling it I found healthunlocked.com/bridgeto...
Not sure if it has changed over time mind you, and I guess it's the long run that's important?

I stand corrected, Iโm on week 3 3.5K 5K & 7K ๐

Sorry.. did I just add an extra week to your burdens lol. I'm on wk3 also. I did the 5k before coming down with the lurgey. Will try the 3.5 or 7 tonight.

Iโd previously got to and completed W4 before a spell on the IC. Went back 2 weeks after I recovered ๐

I'm just doing the whatever I fancy for the first run of each week but always 5k for the middle run and whatever JuJu has as the final run.

Nice one Ted.. yes glorious, was out in the sunshine today for a 5k, was a tad nippy but soon warmed up..
Although I've done 10k it was some while ago, I fancy doing the bridge to 10k in the not too distant future..๐

Another good run in the bag! Nice pace too, I'd be stumbling behind you, arm out gasping 'waaiit!' as you disappeared into the distance... I seem to be getting slower not faster!!
That 10k's getting closer!

You wouldnโt have been crying โwaaiit!!โ cos I wouldโve been running at your pace ๐
Donโt worry about pace fpf, weโre not racing, weโre running for the enjoyment ๐

Am just starting to get a bit worried that for the last couple of runs it has become far too easy...
Week 8 Run 1. I have been informed that it gets easier the more you do. What a load puff. I though I
