Are you following ju'ju's plan? Just that the runs on that are 4,5 and 8k for wk4. Though I noticed ChrisAllen1 did 3k for wk4 so maybe there are other varieties out there
I checked back on Ju-Juโs plan and Iโm pretty sure 4K kicks in on W5 ๐ค
No worries, I have been using Lordi's profile as a reference as he has them all listed there. But googling it I found healthunlocked.com/bridgeto...
Not sure if it has changed over time mind you, and I guess it's the long run that's important?

Nice one Ted.. yes glorious, was out in the sunshine today for a 5k, was a tad nippy but soon warmed up..
Although I've done 10k it was some while ago, I fancy doing the bridge to 10k in the not too distant future..๐

Another good run in the bag! Nice pace too, I'd be stumbling behind you, arm out gasping 'waaiit!' as you disappeared into the distance... I seem to be getting slower not faster!!
