Well that was the final interval run of this program. It's definitely now more mind over matter - my body can do it, just got to ignore my inner gremlins telling me to stop. Usual pace and felt pretty good (afterwards, obviously). Alarm set for next run on Saturday and it's a full 25 minutes - we've got this πŸƒ

Just completed the same run twenty minutes ago! Feels great to know we’ve got this far in the programme where there are now no more intervals! Well done to you - definitely got this πŸ’ͺ🏻

Cheers - yes I'm following you as I could see we were at the same stage. What a program - from struggling to run for one minute only a few weeks ago to now up to 25 minutes !! Good luck with your next run

Congratulations on completing your last run with interval walks and runs, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 6, once you have completed it you will be officially a runner, also good luck to Leo90 for run 3 of week 6 😊.

I'm also on the same run as you, yep, no more walking breaks! πŸ˜‚ dare I say it, i'm really enjoying the runs now, still quite slow, but nursing a dodgy knee.

Good luck with that 25 mins πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ, doing mine tomorrow evening.
