Well that was the final interval run of this program. It's definitely now more mind over matter - my body can do it, just got to ignore my inner gremlins telling me to stop. Usual pace and felt pretty good (afterwards, obviously). Alarm set for next run on Saturday and it's a full 25 minutes - we've got this ๐Ÿƒ

Just completed the same run twenty minutes ago! Feels great to know weโ€™ve got this far in the programme where there are now no more intervals! Well done to you - definitely got this ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Cheers - yes I'm following you as I could see we were at the same stage. What a program - from struggling to run for one minute only a few weeks ago to now up to 25 minutes !! Good luck with your next run

Exactly - never thought iโ€™d keep this up, but i now really love running and look forward to doing it - good luck to you. Im working 12 hour shifts from saturday - so my 25 minute run might not be until tues - iโ€™ll see how tired i am

I'm also on the same run as you, yep, no more walking breaks! ๐Ÿ˜‚ dare I say it, i'm really enjoying the runs now, still quite slow, but nursing a dodgy knee.

Good luck with that 25 mins ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ, doing mine tomorrow evening.

Ran w6 run 3 tonight, went well, once into a rythym, really enjoying this now, as you say, the program really seems to work, even for an old man like me!!! ๐Ÿ˜‚ good luck next week.
