It took me longer than 2 weeks due to doing more like 3 or 4 runs a fortnight, but getting there!
Haven’t checked out what w3 entails yet!!

No need to check, enjoy the ride!
Well done. So long as the gaps aren't too long there shouldn't be a problem. Try not to look too far ahead at what's coming or you'll think you can't do it, instead of looking back at what you have done. Keep it up.
Avoidance was a problem over the Week 2 runs. I need to exercise some willpower and routine to make sure w3 runs are more regular. I’m still pleased with my progress though 🙂
In the early stages the avoidance gremlins can have quite loud voices! I found it helpful to decide in advance which days I would run. Then I took a "don't think, just go!" attitude. I kept all my running gear handy in one place, shoes beside the door and just hurled everything on and dashed out of the door as fast as possible - I hasten to add that once out, I wasn't dashing at all!
Go really slow, ( walking pace slow is fine) and relaxed so you can look forward to your running more. 😄
Let it be a great surprise.... enjoy each run, slowly and steadily...well done!
