I was all set to repeat week 2 because I was terrified of the 3 minute run. I had a word with myself and decided, if I don't try I'll never know, so I went for it thinking I can always repeat week 3 if it's too hard...BUT I did it! I didn't stop! Whooppeee.
I'm a little pleased with myself, can you tell??

Well done. I did the same tonight - I was worried about 3 mins too and I did find it a stretch but i managed to do it all and I feel great. Except for a small twinge in my knee. I did my stretches and I'll have my rest day and the knee should be fine
