Oh wow! I can't quite believe I ran (slowly) for 20 minutes! Bit emotional. A few weeks ago I struggled with running for 3 minutes!
It was hot, the first 5 minutes were horrible, the next 10 were quite enjoyable then the last 5 were really tough (not as tough as week 4 strangely).
I didn't fuel myself very well today and I could tell that, stomach cramps with 5 minutes to go but I carried on so I'm excited to see what happens when I do eat properly! I'm still so happy I did it, this program is fantastic and I've loved week 5!
Off to celebrate now with a lie down in front of a fan
