Week 5 Run 3 in the bag!

Just wanted to share how good I am feeling. People on the forum keep saying trust the program. So I did and I smashed it. So chuffed. Plus it has helped relieve an awful tension headache I have had for 4 days. For those of you who still have this run to come....believe in the programme and yourself and as Sarah Milligan says "You can do It!. Whoop whoop.

It is such a great feeling isn’t it. I think it was this run that made me realise I could actually run 😃
