Yes it hurt my poor little legs, alot. However, no more than the pain running for 8 mins. So proud of myself! Had to slow down slightly but I still bloody done it! ππππ
Had a thought tonight ,by week 9, did any of you actually manage the 5k? I think running for 30 mins will be the achievement despite the distance done! Thanks xxx

No! It's all in your head! It hurt my legs like I said but then running for 8 mins hurt to and it wasn't any worse! Mind over matter, you can do it πͺπͺπͺ
Great running. Slowing down is intelligent running. Iβm proud to say that I did not run 5k before the end of the plan... it gave me another reason to drink some lovely French bubbles when I hit that goal... would have been a shame to celebrate the two achievements in one run π
