Well I canโt believe it๐๐ผโโ๏ธI did it! Whoop Iโm honestly gobsmaked to think I could do that! Thank you so much everyone feedback it really did help and also made me think stop stressing about it and do it!
It wasnโt easy and I did have to reduce my pace a few times but thatโs fine as I didnโt stop running ๐๐ผ๐๐ฑ

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ๐๐พ ๐
I was in exactly the same position as you too and I read your worries, which suddenly made me worry, but I also read all the replies you got and those also helped me run my W5R3 yesterday too. The rest will be a doddle! Congrats!
Yes, well done to you both, very well done. This will be my next run too but I'm having to delay it because I'm still full of a cold. Reading success stories like yours are a great boost to my confidence.
