Whoop whoop, I did it. Slowed right down and managed to run the full 20 minutes. In my head it was a huge step up from 8 minutes but it was ok, I just kept telling myself run for one minute at a time. I didn’t think about what my pace was as I figure that once I can run 5k I can work on pace.

Huge well done.... just for now, try to forget about pace, enjoy the runs.... and as they get longer, maybe pop in a little bit more strength and stamina work on some of your rest days.
completing w5r3 is a fantastic experience, for me it was the point where it finally clicked that I can do this. Onwards and upwards, slow and steady and trust the programme.
