Well done! Take care on week 6 as it can catch people out - remember you are still running for around 20 minutes and the walk breaks make less difference than you think. It's fine though as long as you don't underestimate it. Enjoy parkrun - don't push it too hard, just run however many minutes the programme says for that day and walk the rest.

Well done. I did W5R1 yesterday which was ok. The runs are definitely getting longer now. But one run at a time.
