I’m sure you’ll be fine... just keep it as slow as you can.

Yep every run strengthens you a little more preparing you for the next run so as you get through a week you're then ready for the next week

Don't worry Pete, trust the program, you will be ready. Every run is building on the last one.

Just take it slow and steady.

Good luck with Wk2 r1😊....

It will be fine. Just as everybody else has said - keep it slow and steady.

Thank you. May be I shouldn't go circuit training straight after

Maybe go alternate days. And perhaps best to avoid any sprints. The program is designed to increase running stamina, while avoiding injuries.

Very well done - in some ways week 1 is the hardest but you have done it - congratulations! Follow the programme, remember your rest days and the rest will be (almost) a breeze. Very best of luck.

Thank you. Hope you're right.

I also fit circuit classes in too so I know the rest days are important

Well done completing the first week. Don't worry that the next week looks more challenging. Each week you complete prepares you for the next one, and you will find that you can do it. Onward and upward!
