Wooop I have completed week one. No problems with the running but lots of problems with the app and my music. First run I set everything going as I thought, music, run keeper and the app. I walked for ages thinking I am sure this is more that 5 minutes. When I looked at the app I hadnβt pressed go π€¦ββοΈ. Second run went without a hitch. Third run, set everything up in my car but couldnβt hear the music through my headphones. It took me 10 minutes to realise that the phone was connected to the car and thatβs why it wouldnβt work. Finally got walking and then when run keeper gave me updates for some reason the app kept stopping. After restarting the app twice finally successfully completed week 1 π

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

The app is very glitchy and there is a link in the guide to the podcasts, which are more reliable.
Enjoy your journey.
I found the app glitchy and I havenβt much of my own music on my phone so I downloaded the C25k podcasts and I use them. The music wasnβt really my thing but ive got used to it now and I quite like the pace that it sets. So much so that even after I graduated I still listen to wks 8 or 9 and just skip to the next one if I am running for longer
I havent had any problems with the app. I wonder if it could be a conflict with runkeeper? I use the app, Strava and music on my phone with no probs. Of course, next run might be the one .... hahaha
Hi MoliJ. Thought id pop in and see what you were up to. How's it going?
Thanks Fionamags. I have completed weeks 2 and will be starting week 3 tomorrow or Sunday, depending on the weather. I am delighted with the progress I have made. I am determined to graduate. How are your runs going? X
