Final run completed this evening. For the girl who was always picked last for sports teams at school, who always gave up when anything got physically hard and who always labelled herself as useless at exercise I’m so amazed at the difference this plan has made. It’s taught me perseverance and faith in myself, some of these runs were HARD but I never quit - that in itself is a miracle for me.
Thank you to everyone for your advice in the early weeks. C25k officially rocks!!

It's a brilliant programme and you have reaped the rewards of sticking to it.
Many have trouble with the lack of instruction and measurable progress after graduation, but if you consolidate with W9 runs for a few weeks while you ponder where you want to go with your running, then you will probably land on a route to follow.
Now, don't get caught out by graduation -- you may wonder what you are up to for a while! I highly recommend 2 or 3 weeks of just 30 minutes, 3x a week and then getting yourself into another structured or semi-structured plan. It's easy to think "OK, I'm done," and then where are you...
Audiobooks and/or other narratives can keep you motivated to get out to hear more of the story as well... (I run from zombies on the zombies run app which works for me).
