8 weeks ago (when I literally couldnβt run to catch a bus and lockdown had taken its toll) we started a challenge!
To say we are buzzing is an understatement! All I can say to anyone who has ever thought about trying it, if I can do it, you can do it - the first week I struggled to do 7 minutes with a break in between each minute, so that says it all, itβs a gradual programme that obviously works and I really feel itβs changed my life! πββοΈππΎββοΈ
Now to think about next steps... ππΌππΌ
Ps: should have been 9 weeks but I somehow missed week 6 on the app by mistake! Remember thinking at the time it was a big jump in minutes π
