Waoh! So today I completed Week 9 Run3. Prior to the run, I was a bit nervous; to think that for 9 weeks, I have consistently stuck with this plan.
The first 5 minutes of the run were hard. I didn't just have the energy, but I kept going, and thought that I would feel better as the run progressed. I struggled for about 15 minutes..... and then I began to feel some surge in energy. I kept on through to the end. I am so excited about this.
This has been my third attempt at C25K. On the previous two attempts, I was not able to follow the programme through to completion. Now, I have done it! I am soooooooo excited. Wooooohooooooo!
