I am just back from my first run and OMG!!!!! I always thought i had a little bit of a fitness level and boy am i wrong!!! it was HARD work! please tell me it gets easier?? im not even focusing on being able to run for the full 30 mins yet will be happy when i can run for all of the full 60 secs on the first week without wanting to die, got to start somewere i suppose and do feel great for doing it :-) now just gotta find the energy to clean the house haha.

Well done. Don't worry about the house, it will always be there and once you are into this plan you actually end up with more energy and will find you are more able to tackle the housework :) unless you are too busy on this forum or perusing all the lovely things in the sports shops. :)

Funny that; I should be wiping down the kitchen, but I appear to be on this forum instead ;)

Well done for starting Lisa! I think you deserve a rest before starting the housework - don't want to over do it ;)

I find if you don't look at it the dirt seems to just vanish by magic and leaves you much more time for running!

Welcome on board Lisa.
